Sage UK approached Richard to write an article about the digital transformation of a SME manufacturer. Few companies in the UK have developed a digital twin, use AI or big data or integrated their Sage package for accounting to become the hub of data to a sophisticated bespoke software package. Sage has developed many new features recently for SME companies to make more of the package overlapping into manufacturing data capture.
