Crystal Doors strikes gold again for sustainability
Crystal Doors has struck gold at the Make UK North West manufacturing awards in recognition of our efforts to fight climate change. At an awards ceremony in Preston we were given the Energy and Sustainability Award for our “relentless emphasis” on reducing environmental impact, including using state-of-the-art technology.
Managing Director Richard Hagan said:
We’re not a large manufacturer, so being recognised with this award just shows how much impact we are having on influencing others. There is no business without people and planet. Everything we’ve done has made us more efficient, more profitable and more productive – there is no reason why all businesses can’t do what we’ve done.
Crystal Doors will now go on to compete against winners from across the UK at the National Finals which will be held in London in January.
