Since 2010 Crystal Doors factory has been located only 20 meters from Rochdale Canal and 30 meters from the A627(M) Motorway. Trade visitors are welcome for a tour and see our operations in action, showing the latest in technology and environmental awareness. Crystal Doors virtual tour provides a great insight into our capabilities and assets. Since making this video in 2015, our spray robot, 245kw of solar panels have been added along with improvements in our production efficiencies. Please enjoy.
The factory
Crystal Doors, operates with lean manufacturing, 99% recycling for waste streams and achieves over 90% on time in full delivery. Utilizing only the highest quality MDF. We have a state-of-the-art Wemhoner 3000 series customised membrane press, the only one in existence costing 580,000 Euros in 2015, robot spraying and a state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 dust extractor.

Richard regularly provides in-person and virtual tours of our facility in collaboration with partner organisations including Rochdale Council, The Growth Company and others. Tours are available during our open weeks for trade KBB customers.
