All partners must commit to the following by the end of 2021:

• A public pledge to achieve net zero emissions by 2050 at the very latest
• Evidence of plans and progress (or, if the organisation has not started this process yet, a commitment to make a baseline assessment within the next 12 months)

Please fill in our short form below. The form should be filled out by the person in your organisation with the relevant knowledge and authorisation to sign on the organisation’s behalf.

Note that this is a mandatory requirement for continuing to work with Crystal Doors beyond the end of 2021.
